SCRAP FOR A CURE

SCRAP FOR A CURE-BRISBANE



Scrap for a cure is being held in Brisbane on the 17th July 2010. Beginners through to advanced scrapbookers are welcome. Will be a great day and evening to be had by all. Great raffles, many scrapbooking stalls with great bargains. Make and takes, Classes

When: 17th July 2010

Where: Strathpine Community Hall- Cnr Mecklam Street and Gympie Rd, Strathpine

Why: To raise vital funds for Ovarian Cancer Australia. Who supports patients and thjeir families who are coping with Ovarian Cancer. We also build vital awareness in the community of this disease.

Cost: Cost is $40.00 per person. This will include a light lunch and BBQ dinner by the Lions club.
drinks and snacks also available on the day.

This will be such a great day. We plan to make this an annual event, so be sure to get along to the 1st Brisbane Scrap For A Cure!!!

Ahhh Shaz, that is just beautiful thank you. I am soooo very passionate about this cause as i lost my mum to Ovarian cancer at the end of 2007 My neautiful mum was the longest survivng Aussy of ovarian cancer having battled with the disease for 11 yrs and had it reoccur 13 times!! SUch a strong beaytiful lady. She was the best mum ever and I do all of this for her in her memory...

Wish I could come, but we are heading up to Brisbane this Wednesday, so I wouldn't be able to get away again for a while!
